Golden Peach Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 cup sugar
    3/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 (15 1/4 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained and finely chopped
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
    In another bowl, combine the eggs, oil and vanilla; Stir into dry ingrediants just until moistened (batter will be thick).
    Fold in peaches.
    Fill paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full.
    Bake at 350* for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
    Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.
