Applesauce Nut Crumb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    1/2 cup packed brown sugar
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    1/2 cup low-fat buttermilk
    1/2 cup applesauce
    1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine, melted
    1 large egg
    1 large egg white
    cooking spray
    Topping
    1/3 cup chopped nuts, of your choice
    1/3 cup all-purpose flour
    1/4 cup packed brown sugar
    2 teaspoons butter or 2 teaspoons margarine, melted
    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
    In a large bowl, combine first six ingredients (flour through nutmeg).
    In a separate bowl, mix buttermilk, applesauce, 1 Tbsp butter, egg and egg white.
    Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and stir in the wet mixture until moist.
    Spray a 9\" round cake pan with cooking sptay.
    and spoon in the batter.
    In a small bowl combine chopped nuts and remaining ingredients.
    Stir with a fork until the mixture resembles coarse meal.
    Sprinkle evenly over top of the cake.
    Bake at 350F for 35 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
