1/2 cup chunky peanut butter (lowest sugar possible)
4 tablespoons Splenda sugar substitute
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon baking powder
4 tablespoons almond flour
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F
Mix all ingredients well and drop onto greased cookie sheet by teaspoonfuls.
Bake about 10 minutes, or until set but no hard. Be careful not to burn!
