Corned Beef & Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 corned beef, around 3 pounds (save seasoning packet)
    1 large head of cabbage, sliced into large chunks
    1 quart water
    1 cup garlic wine vinegar
    1 tablespoon salt
    2 tablespoons fresh garlic, minced
    2 -3 teaspoons dill seeds
    2 bay leaves
    2 teaspoons mustard seeds
    1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Preparation
    In a large dutch oven or pot add water and seasonings. Next, add corned beef and cabbage. Cover and bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer 4 hours until tender. Enjoy.
