Lemon Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup sugar
    4 tablespoons cornstarch
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 cup water
    2 tablespoons lemon rind
    1/2 cup lemon juice
    2 tablespoons butter
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in a saucepan.
    Bring to a rolling boil and boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat and cool stirring occasionally.
    Chill before using.
