Mom'S Flapper Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Crumb crust
    1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
    1/4 cup white sugar
    1/4 cup melted butter or 1/4 cup margarine
    Filling
    1/2 cup white sugar
    2 tablespoons cornstarch
    1 tablespoon flour
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    2 cups milk
    2 egg yolks
    1 tablespoon butter
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    Meringue
    2 egg whites, beaten stiff
    add 1/4 cup white sugar
Preparation
    Heat 1 3/4 cups milk, mix remaining milk with rest of ingredients. Add to hot milk- stir and boil till thick and smooth. Put in crust and top with meringue.
    Bake in hot oven (425) for 5 minutes.
