Wasabi Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 -5 medium potatoes, washed and peeled
salt
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1 tablespoon wasabi paste or 1 tablespoon wasabi powder

Preparation

Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender and drain.
Whip potatoes with butter, sour cream, dash of salt and wasabi oil, paste, or powder.
