Lemon Vinaigrette Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
    1/4 cup chicken broth, low fat and low salt
    2 teaspoons dried parsley
    1/2 teaspoon Hungarian paprika
    1/4 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed
    1 garlic clove, finely minced
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    1/2 cup canola oil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and refrigerate. Shake well before serving.
