Orange-Cucumber Salad For 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 orange, pared and sectioned
    1 medium cucumber, sliced
    1 small onion, sliced and separated into rings
    crisp salad green
    Orange Dressing (or use bottled French dressing)
    1/4 cup oil
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon orange zest
    2 tablespoons orange juice
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
Preparation
    Toss orange sections, cucumber slices, onion rings and dressing in a bowl.
    Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.
    Serve over salad greens.
    Orange Dressing:
    Shake 1/4 cup oil, lemon juice, orange zest, 2 tablespoons orange juice, sugar, 1/8 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard in a jar.
