Napa Cabbage And Ginger Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 teaspoons grated ginger
1 teaspoon minced serrano chili pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons honey
6 cups sliced napa cabbage
1 cup shredded carrot
1 cup thinly sliced green onion
1 cup packed fresh cilantro leaves
Preparation

In small bowl, whisk together ginger, pepper, salt, vinegar, oil and honey.
In large bowl combine vegetables. Add dressing and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
