Basic, Light & Easy Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            3 cups whole wheat flour (the good stuff)
 
3 tablespoons vital wheat gluten
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 cup honey
9 -10 ounces warm water
2 1/4 teaspoons yeast (1 packet, I use fleischmans)
Preparation
- 
                            Put the ingredients in your ABM in the order your manufacturer recommends.
 
Dont use the rapid rise cycle on your machine as a longer, slower rise helps develop the flavor.
I use this for rolls or for loaves.
