Watermelon Arugula Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
    1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    salt and pepper
    3 cups cubed seeded watermelon
    6 cups baby arugula
    1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
    1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
Preparation
    in a large bowl whisk together lemon juice, vinegar and olive oil.
    add watermelon, arugula and nuts, toss to coat.
    sprinkle with cheese, season with fresh ground salt and pepper to taste.
