Grilled Chili-Lime Halibut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (4 -6 ounce) halibut fillets
    1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
    1/2 cup fresh lime juice
    1/4 cup grapeseed oil
    1 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
    1/4 cup black sesame seed
Preparation
    Combine all marinade ingredients in a non-reactive bowl.
    Pour marinade over halibut fillets.
    Cover and marinate halibut fillets for at least 1 hour.
    In the meantime, prepare the grill.
    Grill until the halibut flakes when tested with a fork.
