Caramel Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 macintosh toffee bars
    1/2 cup evaporated milk
    1 teaspoon butter
    36 miniature tart shells
    36 rosebuds
Preparation
    Pre-cook tart shells as directed on package.
    Melt the toffee, milk and butter in microwave in container with spout.
    Fill tart shells.
    Allow to cool slightly.
    Top with Rosebud.
