Dutch Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    CRUST
    2 cups flour
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 cup oil
    water
    FILING
    2 lbs apples
    3/4 cup sugar
    2 tablespoons flour
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 dash salt
    TOPPING
    1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
    1/3 cup butter
    2/3 cup flour
Preparation
    Mix crust ingredients first. Make sure that when you are adding water that you do not add to much. You do not want your crust to be too sticky.
    Roll out crust, place in bottom of 9 inch pie plate.
    Mix filing ingredients together and place on crust.
    Mix topping ingredients, cutting with fork till crumbly.
    Bake pie in oven for 400 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
