Ingredients

4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened (Neufchatel)
1 (1 1/2 ounce) package sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
2 cups skim milk
1/4 cup pecans, chopped and toasted
Preparation

In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with electric mixer until very smooth.
In a separate bowl, combine pudding mix and milk and mix well.
Add pudding to cream cheese and gently stir or swirl to mix.
Fold in pecans.
Spoon mixture into 1 (6 ounce) graham cracker crust.
Cover and chill before serving.
