Hashweh - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups brown rice
    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 cup pine nuts
    1 cup slivered almonds
    2 teaspoons sea salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
    1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
    3 1/2 cups water
    3 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation
    Brown nuts in olive oil; set aside.
    Brown ground beef in olive oil with spices.
    Add rice and water, lower heat, simmer until rice is done.
