Ingredients

1 sweetened flaked coconut
3 cups quick oats
8 scoops whey protein powder (any flavor)
2 cups skim milk
1 fat-free sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
Preparation

Mix all ingredients (except coconut) together in a bowl.
Spread half of mixture evenly in bottom of pan.
Add layer of coconut.
Spread 2nd half of mixture over coconut layer.
Place in fridge overnight and cut into 8 individual squares.
