Streusel Apple And Raisin Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup applesauce
    1/4 cup canola oil
    1 egg
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 cup flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 cup raisins
    3/4 cup diced peeled apple
    Topping ingredients
    2 tablespoons brown sugar
    2 teaspoons flour
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees, spray 12 muffin cups with nonstick spray or use paper muffin cups.
    In a large bowl, combine sugar, applesauce, oil, egg and vanilla until well mixed.
    Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon; stir into bowl just until incorporated.
    Stir in apples & raisins.
    Pour into muffin cups, filling two-thirds full.
    Topping: In a small bowl, combine sugar, flour, and cinnamon; cut in butter until crumbly.
    Sprinkle evenly over muffins.
    Bake for 20 minutes or until tops are firm to the touch.
