Cacen Llaeth Enwyn (Welsh Buttermilk Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 ounces flour
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    4 ounces butter
    4 ounces brown sugar
    8 ounces dried fruit, mixed
    1 tablespoon orange peel, candied
    1/4 pint buttermilk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
    Sift the flour and baking powder and rub in the butter.
    Add the dried fruit.
    Mix to a fairly stiff consistency with the buttermilk.
    Line a cake tin and bake at 350 F for about 1 hour.
