Glorified Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 ounce) can pork and beans
    1/2 cup freshly minced onion
    1/2 cup freshly minced green pepper
    1/2 cup catsup
    1 cup Velveeta cheese, grated or cut into small cubes
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1 teaspoon mustard
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Reserve 1/4 cheese.
    Mix all ingredients together (except the 1/4 cheese).
    Pour mixture in baking dish.
    Bake at 250 for 25 minutes (or longer depending on how saucy or thickened you like your beans).
    Add 1/4 cheese.
    Bake 10 minutes more.
