Regina'S Lazy Golamki (Lazy Cabbage Rolls) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups uncooked long-grain rice
    1 lb ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 medium green bell pepper
    1 (4 ounce) can tomato sauce
    1 medium head of cabbage
    1 teaspoon onion powder
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    salt, to taste
    pepper, to taste
    1 cup bacon bits
    2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans tomato soup
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package directions.
    Saute beef with onion and green pepper. Mix in tomato sauce and bacon bits. Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Chop cabbage in 1/2-inch pieces.
    Spray a large baking dish.
    Layer in 1/2 of chopped cabbage, spread meat mixture over cabbage and top with remaining cabbage; pour tomato soup over top.
    Cover with tin foil and bake at 350*F for 1-1/2 hours or until cabbage is tender.
