Mango Macadamia Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups flour, sifted
    2 teaspoons baking soda
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon clove
    1/2 teaspoon allspice
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
    1 pinch cayenne pepper
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    3 eggs
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    1/2 cup melted butter
    2 cups peeled mangoes, chopped
    1/2 chopped macadamia nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F; grease and flour two loaf pans.
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Beat eggs. Add oil and butter and beat for approximately 2 minutes.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Fold in mangoes and nuts.
    Bake 45-55 minutes.
