Homemade Pimento Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    2 cups shredded medium cheddar
    1 (4 ounce) jar diced pimentos, drained
    1 tablespoon vinegar
    1 teaspoon sugar
    1 cup mayonnaise or 1 cup Miracle Whip
Preparation
    Mix well. Refrigerate an hour. Use for a spread on crackers or a sandwich.
    Refridgerate one hour.
    Serve on crackers or make a sandwich.
