Pistachio Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 cup water
    50 g butter (melted)
    1 cup unsweetened low-fat yogurt
    2 cups flour
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 cup pistachio nut, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together until just combined
    Spoon into well-greased muffin pans and bake at 190\u00b0C for 15-20 minutes.
