Chocolate Polenta Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons cornmeal
    1 tablespoon unsweetened baking cocoa
    1 cup water or 1 cup skim milk
    sugar (to taste) or sugar substitute (to taste)
Preparation
    Whisk cornmeal and cocoa in a bowl with water.
    Microwave on high for 3 minutes stirring every minute.
    Let cool for five minutes.
