Potato Sticks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large baking potatoes, unpeeled
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon oregano (leaf)
1 teaspoon paprika
salt and pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425*. Scrub potatoes, pat dry. Cut into eighths. Brush with oil and place in a baking dish. Sprinkle with oregano and paprika. Bake about 35 minutes until potatoes are done. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
