Maple Brown Sugar Baby Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs baby carrots
    1/3 cup water
    3 tablespoons butter (no subs!)
    3 tablespoons maple syrup
    1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium, cover and simmer until carrots are crisp-tender (about 5-8 minutes).
    Uncover and cook until juices are reduced (about 5 minutes).
    Season with salt and pepper.
