Easy Corn Pudding (No Milk) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 1/2 ounce) package corn muffin mix (I use Jiffy)
    2 (14 3/4 ounce) cans sweet corn, drained
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup butter, melted
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350.
    Mix all ingredients in 2 quart casserole.
    Bake for 45 minutes Serve Warm.
