Southwestern Meatloaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs ground sirloin
    3 large eggs, lightly beaten
    1 cup fine dry breadcrumb
    4 garlic cloves, minced
    1 medium red onion, chopped
    2 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
    1 1/2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
    1/4 - 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
    1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
    2 tablespoons hot sauce
    2 teaspoons salt
    1 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients. Shape into a 9- x 5-inch loaf, and place on a lightly greased wire rack in a baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes; increase heat to 425\u00b0, and bake 15 more minutes or until done. Let meat loaf stand 10 minutes before servin.
