Ingredients

2 eggs
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/4 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups steamed rice
1 dash nutmeg
Preparation

Separate Eggs.
Beat Yolks.
In a baking dash add Yolks-Sugar-Salt-Milk-Vanilla.
And Rice.
Stiffly beat egg whites and fold into the mixture.
Bake in the oven at 350 for 45 minutes.
