Homemade V-8 Gazpacho - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large tomatoes, peeled, seeded, & finely diced
    1 green bell pepper, seeded & diced
    46 ounces V8 vegetable juice, homemade (#116741)
    1 large cucumber, peeled, seeded & diced
    2 green chilies, seeded & diced
    1/4 teaspoon red wine vinegar
    1/4 teaspoon cumin, ground
Preparation
    Stir all ingredients together. Chill.
    Ladle into bowls & pass the toppings!
    Here are some different ones to choose from:
    Sliced black olives.
    shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
    chopped green onions.
    avocado slices.
    croutons.
    sweet corn kernels.
    toasted pumpkin seeds.
