Easy Cheesy Tuna Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup fat-free ricotta cheese
    2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil or 2 teaspoons dried basil leaves
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    2 tablespoons fat free sour cream
    1 (9 1/4 ounce) can white tuna in water, drained
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
    Cover and blend until smooth.
    Line a 2-cup metal bowl or mold with plastic wrap and place tuna mixture in bowl.
    Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
    Unmold onto serving plate, carefully removing plastic wrap.
