Lemon Grass Ginger Broth - cooking recipe

4 quarts chicken broth
10 lbs diced chicken
2 lbs turkey legs
3 lbs duck meat
5 bunches lemongrass
1 teaspoon ginger
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
2 cups white rice
Preparation

heat chicken broth to simmer.
prepare meats add to broth.
add lemon grass to sopup.
add ginger and cayenne pepper.
bring to boil.
add white rice.
reduce to simmer let simmer 3 hours.
serve hot.
