Sage Chocolate Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar
6 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
2 tablespoons water (If you want to make it alcoholic, substitute water with Creme de cacao)
Preparation

Put the cream, butter and sugar in the top of a double boiler.
Heat and stir until smooth.
Beat in the chocolate until melted.
Add water slowly and blend until it is smooth.
Pour over ice cream and serve.
