Peanut Butter Bars - Low (Er) Carb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup smooth peanut butter (you could use crunchy too!)
    1 cup sugar
    1 1/4 cups sugar substitute
    2 eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
    Grease a 9 x 9 pan.
    Combine all into a mixing bowl and stir well.
    Press mixture into the 9 x 9 pan and bake for 14 minutes.
    Let cool for 15 minutes and cut into 16 bars.
