China Study Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    4 ripe bananas
    1 (12 ounce) can frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
    3 teaspoons egg replacer mixed with 6 tablespoons water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Mix the dry ingredients.
    Mash bananas and mix with apple juice concentrate and egg replacer and water.
    Combine wet and dry ingredients and whisk.
    pour into pan, and bake for 60 minutes.
