Tex-Mex Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup rice
    1/4 cup oil
    1 tomatoes, quartered
    1 onion, quartered
    1 garlic clove
    1 jalapeno, minced
    2 cups chicken broth
Preparation
    Place tomato, onion, and garlic in food processor. Puree.
    Saute rice in oil until opaque.
    Add pureed mixture and remaining ingredients.
    Cover and simmer for 25 minutes WITHOUT removing lid.
