Delicious Oven-Baked Hash Browns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 lb) bag frozen hash brown potatoes (thawed for 1 hour)
1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 ounce) can cream of celery soup
1 cup sour cream
1 medium onion, grated (or chopped)
4 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl. Transfer to a greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top.
Bake at 375 deg F for 1 hour until lightly browned and bubbling.
