Apricot & White Choc Slice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (180 g) blocks white chocolate
    125 g plain sweet biscuits, broke up into pieces
    3/4 cup dried apricot, diced
    1/2 cup raisins
    1/2 cup shredded coconut
Preparation
    Grease 19 cms square tin.
    Line with baking paper.
    Place chocolate in microwave bowl.
    Microwave on medium for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds till melted.
    Add biscuits, apricots, raisins and coconut.
    Stir to combine.
    Press mixture into prepared pan.
    Refrigerate, covered for 2 hours or till set.
