Cheddar Chutney Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
    8 ounces cream cheese
    1 1/2 tablespoons chopped onions
    3 tablespoons dry sherry (or to taste)
    1/2 - 1 teaspoon curry powder
    1 dash Tabasco sauce
    3/4 cup mango chutney
    1/2 cup chopped almonds
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients in food processor or blender.
    Pack into crock or small bowl.
    Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
    Serve at room temperature with crackers.
