Tidal Wave - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 ounces Malibu rum
    1 ounce blue curacao
    3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
    1/2 ounce Amaretto
    1 tablespoon coconut cream
    1 teaspoon superfine sugar
    lime slice
    1 small edible orchid, for garnish (organic)
Preparation
    Add the rum and next 5 ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
    Shake vigorously; strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
    Garnish with the lime slice and orchid.
