French Consomme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs beef
    1 cup carrot
    6 leeks
    salt
    parsley
    1 cup soup bones
    1 cup turnip
    1 cup cubed potato
    3 liters cold water
Preparation
    Put the beaf with the bones in a pot with the water.
    add salt and boil slowly.
    remove the scum from the top as it is formed.
    add the vegetables and cook slowly for 3 hours.
    remove the bones
    place the mixture in a blender.
