Caramel Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 teaspoons margarine
    6 teaspoons sugar
    6 teaspoons brown sugar
    1/2 cup evaporated milk
    10 large marshmallows
    2 cups powdered sugar
    1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients in medium sauce pan, bring to boil cook stirring for 2 minutes.
    Remove from heat, stir in marshmallows.
    Beat in powdered sugar and vanilla.
