Jessica Seinfeld Healthy Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup pureed carrot
1/2 cup pureed spinach
3 ounces melted semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 egg whites
1/4 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup whote flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350.
Stir 1st 8 ingredients into large bowl.
Whisk dry ingredients together then add to wet.
Mix wet into dry
Pour into baking dish sprayed with pam.
Bake 30-40 minutes.
Let cool and dust with powdered sugar if desired.
