4 Cheese Warm Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (10 ounce) package chopped spinach, drained
1 cup mayonnaise
1 onion, chopped
1 cup sour cream
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon brown mustard
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 dashes hot sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 (250 g) package cream cheese, softened
1 round sourdough bread

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together in a microwavable bowl, microwave until cheese is melted, stirring frequently. Put into a hollowed out sour dough bowl.
