Buddy'S Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground beef
    1/2 lb ground veal
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 egg
    1 garlic clove
    1 small onion
    1/2 stalk celery
    1/4 cup oil
    3 slices bread, soaked in
    1/4 cup milk
    1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Preparation
    Chop and fry celery, onion and parsley together in oil.
    Mix together beef, veal, salt, egg, garlic and soaked bread. Add fried onion, celery, parsley mix.
    Roll 2 oz. balls and brown in a hot skillet then bake at 375\u00b0F for 1/2 hours.
