Hot German Potato Salad (Crock Pot) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium potatoes, cut into 1/4 inch slices (peeled or unpeeled, whichever you prefer)
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/3 cup water
    1/3 cup cider vinegar
    2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon celery seed
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
Preparation
    Mix potatoes and onion in crock pot; mix remaining ingredients except bacon; pour into crock pot.
    Cover and cook on low setting 8 to 10 hrs or until potatoes are tender.
    Stir in bacon.
    Serve.
