Flatbread Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 flat bread
    4 teaspoons olive oil, divided
    2 cups fresh Baby Spinach, divided
    4 ounces fat free feta cheese, divided
    8 ounces roasted red peppers, divided
    1/2 cup chopped onion, divided
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper, divided
Preparation
    Bake 4 flatbreads for 3 minutes in a 400\u00b0F oven, flipping halfway through cooking time. Remove flatbreads from oven and drizzle each with 1 tsp olive oil. Divide 2 cups baby spinach, 4 oz fat-free feta, 8 oz roasted red peppers, 1/2 cup chopped onion, and 1/2 tsp black pepper among flatbreads. Bake for 3 more minutes.
