Ingredients

1 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/2 cup monk fruit sweetener (or some other sugar alcohol you prefer)
1 egg
1/4 cup of no sugar chocolate chips
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Spoon a bit of dough for one cookie into the palm of your hand and form a smooth ball.
Make about 10 cookies on the cookie sheet.
Take a large fork and press the ball down in two directions on a non-stick cookie sheet.
Cool on the baking sheet for 15 minutes and enjoy!
Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.
